The STARS National Conference is an action-packed four-day event that motivates and empowers teens to abstain from high-risk behaviors including tobacco, alcohol, other drugs, violence and pre-marital sex. Teens will build important life-skills on how to set boundaries in relationships, say no to peer pressure and be a positive influence in their communities.
