Early Registration Special
Your registration (or intent to register) must be entered online by May 14, 2008 with a $100.00 deposit per registrant. You may reserve a certain number of spaces without the names of the participants, but full registration forms must be filled out and sent to FRIENDS FIRST by June 20 in order to qualify for the early registration special. For each person cancelled, you will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. Full payment is due June 20, 2008. If full payment is not made by June 20, a $10.00 fee will be assessed per registrant. An additional $30.00 fee per registrant will be assessed if full payment is not received by July 9.
Regular Registration
Your registration must be entered online by June 20, 2008 with a $100.00 deposit per registrant. Full payment is due June 20, 2008. If full payment is not made by June 30, a $10.00 fee will be assessed per registrant. An additional $30.00 fee per registrant will be assessed if full payment is not received by July 9.
Discounts
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A refund, less a $25 processing fee per participant, will be granted if a WRITTEN request is received by June 20, 2008. After June 20, NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN, in part or in whole. If you have a student cancel after the June 20 deadline, we encourage you to find a participant to fill their spot. Participant substitutions will be accepted with an accompanying $25 processing fee.
Payment Information
FRIENDS FIRST accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, OR CHECKS. After your registration has been received online, please allow 24 business hours for your registration to be processed. At that time you will be sent an invoice with the total amount that you owe. Any payments received, including any deposits that are processed, will be deducted from your total and an updated invoice will be sent with your updated total that is due no later than June 20, 2008.
